Careers at Nupsala

We specialise in equine and small animal orthopaedic products and have particular expertise in the use of biological and non-biological intraarticular or intralesional medication. We are involved in industry research and product development and are continually adding to our portfolio of biologicals, medical devices, lasers and conventional drugs for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.

Our expertise is highly valued in the industry and we are often asked to lecture either in-practice or at veterinary conferences. Rather than product promotion, these scientific lectures cover tissue engineering and give useful tips and guidelines that will help vets formulate their treatment strategies. We are committed to offering information, training and advice – something we believe enables vets to get the right product for the right case at the right time to ensure success.

We are looking for highly motivated salespeople to work with our technical advisors to promote our leading veterinary orthopaedic products to equine and/or small animal vets in the UK. There is a requirement for sales professionals in a number of different roles as detailed below. Please click on the job titles for more information.

Nupsala is well known in the equine veterinary field but our products are new to the small animal side of the industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to build on the existing small animal business by forming relationships with the key corporates and buying groups and also managing the sales team to increase sales in independent clinics. Our in-house technical and product-training team are available to support when needed. Based from home with 2-4 days in the Nupsala office each month (LE14 2QS). Salary dependent on experience and linked to targets.

This would be ideal for someone with veterinary sales experience who may have other products they already sell and could add Nupsala to their portfolio. We are looking for people that can get themselves into clinics, introduce our products, manage the sales process (using our in-house technical and product training team where needed) and then manage the account in the future to grow sales, maintain our relationship with the clinic and introduce new products. All product dispatch and invoicing is handled by our admin team. Territory dependent on your location. Based from home with 1 day in the Nupsala office per month (LE14 2QS). The role is ‘commission only’ but the potential is huge and there is already established business that can be built on. Sales commission is not capped.
